Can someone find good sources of how Churchill specificaclly showed dedication to the people of Britain.?

I am doing a research paper of Winston Churchill’s charismatic qualities, and a large section is about how Churchill portrayed extreme dedication for his people. What I have used so far is a part of his victory speech. I don’t need an overview (trust me, I’ve been reading a couple biographies) but I need some specific examples.

Examples stated here or links to good sources would be greatly appreciated!

Perhaps it would be best to look at the later life of Churchill, his general election defeat in 1945 heralded a political career in opposition. As the Leader of the Opposition he still showed dedication to the British people (and they were dedicated to him – ‘Lord Hailsham, used to tell the story of canvassing a lady who said to him, “Oh yes I know exactly what I want, you don’t have to prompt me. I want a Labour government led by Mr. Churchill”’). By that defeat he was able to avoid the dismantling of the Empire and was free to make his Iron Curtain speech. In 1951 he returned to office in his late 70s – that demonstrates his dedication beyond the work forced on him by the Second World War.
